Returns & Refunds Policy

At Noah Hikes, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your travel accessories, fishing gear, luggage, or travel tech, we offer a clear and simple refund and return policy. Please read the following details to understand how our returns and refunds work:

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website, you are eligible for a return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the product and a return authorization number. Products returned without this authorization may not be processed for a refund or exchange.
  3. Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are worn, damaged, or modified in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued via cash.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Products that have been used or show signs of wear.
  • Items that have been customized or personalized.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same procedure as a return. Once the return is approved, you will be issued a store credit for the full value of your returned item, which can be used to place a new order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
